An interactive 90 minutes of Practising Positivity where you can explore, reflect and focus on YOU.

Join professional coach Natalie Miller-Snell for an inspiring and motivating 90 minutes centred around Practising Positivity.This workshop has been designed to promote:Connection and support.Reflection / &#x27;me&#x27; time.The importance of self-care.An understanding of how to be more productive.Working with strengths and values.An opportunity to allow creativity and inspiration to flow. Reframing negative to positive.It will be a safe space for some light hearted fun exercises, aimed at lifting spirits and allowing positivity to shine through.The workshop is a mixture of group discussion, exercises, breakout rooms, reflection and sharing. Natalie&#x27;s natural motivational and positive approach will enable you to feel comfortable exploring what is really important to you. By the end of the session, you should feel more confident to overcome challenges while reframing negativity.There is also the opportunity for 1:1 coaching sessions with Natalie at a reduced rate.When is it taking place? (UK time 2020)Thursday 29th October - 17:00 -18:30 GMTNB: once booked - approx 24hrs prior to the event, you will receive a Zoom invite link and workbook from Natalie.
