Frequently asked questions

Is this class suitable for beginners?

No. You do not have to be a seasoned yogi who attends weekly classes to keep up in this class however try to familiarise yourself with basic standing and seated yoga poses before joining your first class.

Is there parking onsite?

Yes! There are plenty of parking spaces available in the main car park at the entrance of the studio.

Do I need to bring equipment?

If you have your own yoga mat, feel free to bring it but mats are provided. Other than that, you will need a water bottle and a small hand-towel if you've got one!
