Looking for a safe and supportive way to stay active during pregnancy or ease back into exercise after having your baby? Our Pre & Post Natal Class is designed to support both expectant mums and postpartum mums in a welcoming and relaxed environment.
These in-person sessions focus on gentle Pilates-inspired movement, helping you build strength, improve mobility, support your core and pelvic floor, and reconnect with your body during pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
It’s also a great opportunity to meet other local mums, share experiences, and enjoy a supportive community while taking some time for yourself.
Babies are welcome to attend the class (currently up to 1 year old).
Whether you’re preparing your body for birth or rebuilding strength after pregnancy, this class is designed to help you move safely, feel supported, and grow in confidence at every stage of your journey.
