Pregnancy & Beyond: 6-Week Antenatal Programme

This programme runs every Thursday from the 13th of November until the 18th of December at Central Link Family Hub.

Our Pregnancy & Beyond antenatal programme is designed to support you through this exciting time, offering essential information and guidance to prepare for the birth of your baby and beyond. Over six weeks, we will cover:

• Understanding your choices during labour and birth
• Emotional wellbeing for expecting parents
• Infant feeding essentials and support
• Early communication and bonding with your baby
• Understanding your baby’s needs and development
• Child safety tips for a safe home environment
• Introduction to St Helens Family Hub and Children’s Services

This programme is perfect for expectant parents looking to feel confident and well-prepared for the journey ahead. Join us for a supportive and informative experience as you prepare for the arrival of your little one!
