A one-hour gentle class at 5.15-6.15pm every Tuesday with experienced teachers, Faye Fenton and Gosia Federowicz.

Pay-as-you-go (£14 per class) or buy a 10-class pass for £106.

Anytime from 14 weeks onwards.

Where can I park?

There is free parking on the surrounding side streets close to the Studio, and several Pay & Display car parks nearby, including at The Green Man pub opposite.

What do I wear?

Something stretchy and comfortable. Leggings and a Tshirt or vest are ideal.

Do I need my own yoga mat?

We provide mats and props, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Do you have changing rooms?

Yes, and two showers (bring your own towel).
