** Click &#x27;TICKETS&#x27; to select your masterclass, date and time to book **Find out how to prepare shellfish at a unique masterclass experience in Northfleet.Run by Rosemary Williams from Prep That Fish at her home teaching kitchen, you will find out all about each shellfish from choosing a good one, to shucking, what tools to use, cooking and recipes to try.Each two-hour session takes you slowly through her family’s ‘Holbrook Method’, which has been passed down from Rosemary’s Great-Grandad.You can book an individual ticket and join five others for the small session, or you can book the whole session exclusively for you and a group of friends to enjoy together.Everything is provided – ingredients, aprons, tools and meal.
