We aim to work together in partnership with various agencies to contribute to the development of services, in order to improve and enhance the experiences and opportunities of children and young people with additional needs or disability by putting parent carers and families at the heart of decisions.

Somerset Parent Carer Forum

You are invited to come to a workshop, to help us plan a transition guide for preparing for adulthood.
 We will be running a series of activities to discuss what you want to include in a guide for Somerset’s families, to help them prepare young people for adult life. A light lunch will be provided.
This will be with Somerset's Unstoppables (The young people's forum)
