Guidance and reassurance for the 4th trimester

Whether you are pregnant or are already in the newborn trenches, this 2 hour session will be jam packed with useful guidance to help you navigate the early months of infant sleep.

What will be covered:

Safe sleep guidance - How to apply this at home and on the move

Biological sleep - What is normal and setting realistic expectations

Unsettled babies - Coping strategies and practical advice

Setting up for success - Good sleep habits and introducing routines


This workshop is aimed at parent's to be and new parent's up to 12 weeks postpartum.
