Due to the enormous success of last year, for the second year running, we are holding our Child Readiness event. This is a whole day event where you will network with:
· Peers
· LA staff and services
· NHS staff and services
· voluntary staff and services
You can expect to leave the event with a clear understanding of Herefordshire processes and how to get the right support and advice from the correct services. The day will strengthen your ability support your current reception children, but with a focus on preparing for the summer term nursery to reception transitions.
The day will be tailored to the needs of Herefordshire reception classes in view of the responses to our recent survey. We have planned for a long lunch in order to support with networking. Refreshments and food are included. Please let us know of any special dietary requirements/allergies.
