<h2> A guided tour which looks at the fascinating history of the small and curious town of Prescot, its industrial heritage, links to The Bard and recent redevelopment and public artworks. We will see the recently-opened Shakespeare North Playhouse and visit Prescot’s beautiful parish church of St. Mary’s. </h2>Starts and finishes at Shakespeare North PlayhouseStart Time: 17:45 for 18:00 startFinish Time: 19:45Getting there:The Playhouse is an approximate 12 minute walk from Prescot Train station which is served from Liverpool Lime Street by Northern. A bus station is right opposite. Prescot is easily reached by car and is just 2 minutes from the M57 and 10 minutes from the M62.
