Wir sind so oft damit beschäftigt, einfach weiterzumachen.
Dieser Workshop ist eine Erinnerung, kurz innezuhalten und dem Teil von dir Aufmerksamkeit zu schenken, der in letzter Zeit eventuell stiller geworden ist.

Gemeinsam schaffen wir Raum, um alles etwas langsamer werden zu lassen und dabei sanft die Kreativität zu entdecken.

Sowohl Meditation als auch das Arbeiten mit den Händen – besonders mit Ton – schenken dir die Möglichkeit, wieder bei dir anzukommen und wirklich im Moment zu sein.
