What does the ticket price include?

The ticket price includes the pre-purchase of one of our new Iced Lattes - you can choose your preferred one on the day to have before, during or after your manicure appointment - and a complimentary gel manicure with one of our exclusive designs.

Which drinks are available on the day?

You can choose from one of our new Iced Lattes - including any milk alternatives or decaf options - Ube Brûlée Iced Latte, Spirulina Macaron Iced Latte and our new ceremonial grade Matcha Iced Latte.

How many nail designs are available?

We have 3 exclusive Pret x Shoreditch Nails designs available to pick on the day. They've been inspired by our new Iced Lattes: Ube Brûlée Iced Latte, Spirulina Macaron Iced Latte and our new ceremonial grade Matcha Iced Latte.

How long is the appointment?

The appointment will last approximately 1 hour.

Question 5

Can I remove my current nail set during the allocated time slot?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately this is not possible. We will not be removing any gel, acrylics, extensions or builder gel at the event, please come with bare nails.

Question 6

Can I add-on services, like BIAB?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately this is not possible. We are not able to apply acrylics, extensions, builder gel or builder gel infills at the event.

Where can I find details on products used during the manicure appointment?

Yes, attendees need to be at least 16 years old to attend.

I can no longer attend, can I have a refund?

Unfortunately we are unable to process refunds for this activation. If you’re unable to attend please email us at socialmediaadmin@pret.com to let us know.

How do I order my drink and check-in for the nail appointment on the day of the event?

Once you arrive at the event location, please look for a team member wearing a Pret x Shoreditch Nails event t-shirt. They will help you check in for your pre-booked time slot and take your drink order. You must show your order number and confirm your full name to one of our team members.

I'm a Club Pret subscriber. Do I get 50% off my drink?

Tickets for this event are all priced at £4.45. If you have an active Club Pret subscription, please show your QR code to one of our team members during your pre-booked slot. Our team will provide an additional complimentary item during your slot.
