Pride Breakfast: LGBTQ+ Leadership, Inclusion & Allyship in the Corporate World

We have teamed up with Alliance Network to bring you a Pride-focused breakfast at Albert's Schloss which will bring together LGBTQ+ professionals, allies, and business leaders for an open and inspiring morning of conversation, connection, and insight.

Location: Albert’s Schloss, Birmingham

Date: Wednesday 20th May
Time: 8:00 – 10:30

This event explores what it means to be LGBTQ+ in today’s corporate environment, creating space for honest dialogue around lived experience, career progression, inclusive leadership, visibility, and the evolving role of allyship in driving meaningful organisational change.

Our panel will be hosted by Phil Oldershaw, Founder of Pose Events, and we will be hearing from an outstanding panel of leaders and advocates:

  • Andrew Aldcroft – Director and Actuary, KPMG UK
  • Dee Wallis – Trans Activist and Leader of Trans in the City Birmingham
  • Dee Roberts-Molloy – Head of HR, Birmingham City Council
  • Fahad Naqvi – Chief Operating Officer, Goldman Sachs

Agenda:

  • 08:00 – Breakfast & Networking
  • 09:00 – Panel Discussion (including audience Q&A)
  • 10:00 – Networking
  • 10:30 – Close

Expect a welcoming, thoughtful space designed to surface both the challenges LGBTQ+ professionals continue to face and the progress worth celebrating. The morning aims to foster genuine connection, shared learning, and practical takeaways for building workplaces where authenticity and high performance thrive together.
