Join us for a welcoming and inclusive mindfulness workshop created for LGBTQ+ individuals and allies who want to cultivate greater self-awareness, resilience, and inner calm.
This interactive session offers a safe, supportive space to slow down, connect with yourself, and explore mindfulness practices that can help reduce stress, build confidence, and support emotional wellbeing. Through guided meditation, breathing exercises, gentle reflection, and group discussion, participants will learn practical tools to navigate life's challenges with greater presence and self-compassion.
Whether you are completely new to mindfulness or already have an established practice, this workshop is designed to be accessible, affirming, and relevant to the unique experiences of the LGBTQ+ community.
