Coin-Operated Press presents this 2 hour Pride Protest Banner workshop.In this workshop, you will be creating a mini canvas protest banner using cut and paste techniques, drawing, and painting. Think about how you feel, what message do you want to send? Come and make art about something that is important to you!We will provide all of the materials you will need to create your banner, but please feel free to bring some of your own materials from home - this may include fabric, needles and thread, coloured paper, stickers, ribbons, washi tape, glitter etc.All ages and experience levels are welcome.To learn more about Coin-Operated Press and to see examples of the zines that we make visit www.coinoperatedpress.comThis is a donation based event however, nobody will be turned away for lack of funding.Donations allow us to run affordable events for everyone, and to support both the facilitator and the Salisbury Centre.To donate:Either bring cash on the dayOr Donate (using “Zine Workshop” as REFERENCE) via :www.salisburycentre.org/donate
