This event is one of a number of in person Primary STEM events taking place across Scotland between January and March 2024. These events are being organised by Education Scotland’s STEM Team and draw on the support of the Primary Science Development Officers (RAISE programme).Target audiencePrimary teachers looking for practical examples to implement STEM in their classroom and make connections across the curriculum. STEM novice or expert, it doesn't matter, there's something for all and we look forward to working with you.Why are these events being run?There are a number of reasons why we are running these events.<ul><li>Practitioners in the online National STEM Network have told us they are looking for hands-on, practical STEM activities that they can implement in their class.</li><li>STEM can provide rich and engaging contexts that can support learning across the curriculum areas including Literacy and Numeracy. Target Audience - Please be aware that the target audience for this event is for professionals within the Education Sector in Scotland and to register for the event please enter either a school/establishment/local authority or Glow email address.
