Do I need to be an intermediate padel player?

Accepted Answer

This event is best suited to competent players. A Playtomic rating of around 2.0+ is recommended so you can get the most out of the drills, rotations and match play.

Question 2

What’s included in my ticket?

- 90 minutes on court (coaching + match play)
- 90 minutes of off-court wellness (mobility, recovery, breathwork)
- A freshly made smoothie + healthy snack
- Use of yoga mats (or bring your own if preferred)

Question 3

Do I need to bring my own racket?

Accepted Answer

Yes, please bring your own padel racket if you have one. If not, let us know in advance and we’ll try to arrange one for you.

Question 4

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Comfortable sports clothing suitable for both court play and off-court stretching/breathwork. Trainers with good grip are recommended.

Are mats and foam rollers provided?

We’ll have mats available for everyone. Foam rollers are optional - if you have your own and would like to bring it, please do.

What’s the cancellation policy?

All tickets are non-refundable. As a small independent event, each space is allocated in advance. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your place to another player or move to a future Prime x Padel date (subject to availability). Please email us to arrange.

Is food provided?

Accepted Answer

Your ticket includes a fresh smoothie and a protein snack. Additional snacks and drinks can be purchased from the Padel Club café.

How many spaces are there?

Just 16 spots to keep the group small and ensure everyone gets quality coaching and wellness time.

The event is led by Charlie (Prime Wellness Retreat & Prime Motion) in partnership with The Padel Club Cheltenham, with on-court coaching from Jason Poole.
