When we started out all we wanted to do was go inside the studios we admired the most but unless you were hired that was impossible. Process Events helps global communities go behind the work exploring the methods used by a diverse collection of speakers.

Design is loaded with unrealistic expectations and with so much emphasise on output we are building communities that embrace the process of creativity. Our speakers will focus on their approach to professional life including career journeys and client projects helping you pick–up insightful takeaways for future wins!SpeakersWill Kirk Founder of Nighthawk StudioWith a creative career that sparked from childhood branding obsessions, Will has spent the last 10+ years working across agencies, in-house, as well as turning every creative hobby into another freelance service. Finally, at the end of 2023, after redundancy kicked me off the fence of 'do I, don't I?' She works with businesses of all sizes to help them figure out what their authentic definition of fun is, and shows them how they can reflect this consistently across their buyer journey.
