Speakers

Jim Williams
Jim Williams began his career in London working as an advertising typographer, most notably with the highly regarded Collett Dickenson Pearce before moving to Manchester as a founding member of The Chase. In May 2012 his book, Type Matters! was published by Merrell and has been translated into German and Dutch editions and is currently in its fifth printing. Type Matters! was acknowledged in One Hundred Great Books on Typography by Agata Toromanoff and published by Luster.

Venue
Joshua Brooks is an iconic venue in the heart of Manchester that's seen many of the cities most respected DJ's pass through it's basement bar. We will be taking over their upper level Club House space for another night exploring the creative processes of our speakers.

Tickets
Early–bird tickets and general admission access is available for this event but with a limited number available we recommend booking early. If you miss out make sure to check–in regularly because if anyone isn't able to attend we will make all returns available on a first come, first serve basis.

Photography and Videography
Where possible we aim to document our events via photography and videography. If you do not want to be included please speak to your host on arrival.
