When we started out all we wanted to do was go inside the studios we admired the most but unless you were hired that was impossible. Process Events helps global communities go behind the work exploring the methods used by a diverse collection of speakers in cities including Leeds, Berlin and Melbourne.

Rob Alderson will be talking about what makes something meaningful, because he thinks it's a word that is overused and under-interrogate. He will touch on his experiences at It's Nice That, Vimeo and WeTransfer, as well as Design Week, in terms of the work they cover, and how they think about their place in the design world.

Amy Kilner
2D x 3D Designer

Amy Kilner is a 2D x 3D designer and founder of Skyhi Creative Ltd, specialising in high-energy visuals for the music and events world. She’s worked with some of the biggest DJs in the game — including Fatboy Slim, Hannah Laing, Goddard, Charlie Sparks, and Ellie Sax — as well as labels like Warner Music and Sony and lifestyle brands such as Steven Bartlett's Diary of a CEO Podcast, VK, Hooch, and Mixtons.

Venue
Yellow Arch Studios started life as an Edwardian Nuts & Bolts factory for the bridge & shipping industry at the turn of the century. After being rediscovered in 1996 in disarray and ruin, the Yellow Arch team got their ladders and paint brushes out and set about designing and refurbishing the building, opening its doors as Yellow Arch Studios on October 7th 1997. The team still head up the board today and are active daily in the running, working & facilitating of the business.
