Procurement Act 2023: Implementation: Where do I start?Join us for an insightful session featuring Implementation leads from WPS, CG, and the TPP Communications &amp; Engagement team. They will share their approaches to successfully implementing the Act in different organisations and what products and support are available for you. This session will provide an opportunity to review current implementation plans and products, see what other organisations are doing, and participate in a mini-workshop on maintaining up-to-date practices through effective communications &amp; marketing strategies.

<h3>Our Speakers:</h3> Jennifer PallisterJen joined the Cabinet Office TPP programme in 2024 as Head of Commercial Implementation.She has over a decade of public procurement experience, including operational, strategic and policy roles for local government, as well as central government commercial policy experience from her time at the DfE.Jen’s areas of responsibility include supporting the wider public sector in their readiness to implement the Procurement Act 2023. Sarah EastlakeSarah is the Implementation Lead for the Cabinet Office Transforming Public Procurement programme, she works in the programme implementation team supporting central government departments in their readiness to implement the new regime.She has worked on the programme since June 2021 and was previously the project manager for the Learning and Development roll out.Her background is in delivering projects and programmes and implementing change initiatives for the Cabinet Office’s Government Commercial Function. She has also worked as a contract manager and commercial business partner in her previous Civil Service roles.
