Lisa has led the Open and Transparent Contracting Team for two years. 

During this time, she has led the development of procurement transparency policy and contributed extensively to the underpinning transparency clauses in the UK’s new Public Procurement Act. This legislation is a generational change, bringing flexibility and greater transparency. She and her team are now deeply focused on realising the opportunity for transparency in the new regime.
