Professional Development Work Placements at the University of Wolverhampton are a new and innovative addition to our revalidated curriculums. From September 2026, all new undergraduate students will have the opportunity to take part in a guaranteed professional placement experience as a core part of their course. By embedding this activity, all students gain practical, real-world skills that will ensure they are graduate career ready and maximise their chances of success in securing graduate-level employment. Our integrated approach will focus on developing the employability skills of our students, strengthening their profile as the future graduate workforce for local and national employers.
