Keynote: The Future of Work
Tom Kegode is a culture, leadership, and future-of-work specialist and the founder of SparkShift. He works with employers and leaders to rethink how work works, helping organisations build cultures that are adaptable, inclusive, and fit for the future. After a 16-year career in large organisations, where he partnered closely with senior leaders on culture change, ways of working, and leadership development, Tom now supports businesses through key moments of evolution. His work focuses on turning insight into action, combining strategy, experimentation, and storytelling to help organisations move forward with clarity and confidence. Based in the South West and working globally, Tom brings a practical, people-centred perspective on the challenges employers are facing today, from changing workforce expectations to productivity, engagement, and innovation. His sessions are known for being honest, energising, and grounded in real-world experience, offering ideas employers can take away.
