I was an over worked city worker and specialise in decreasing anxiety and stress through mindful yoga and relaxation sessions. As a yoga therapist with a masters in community work and a counselling qualification I have excellent results in helping people des-stress and give them techniques to use when they go back to their busy lives. Yoga Therapy

My yoga therapy sessions as well as the above, can be used to address

many physical health issues. It has been effectively used to treat

back pain, heart conditions, asthma, chronic fatigue, hypertension,

multiple sclerosis, and side effects of chemotherapy.

Strength and posture improves, you build your immune system, and the

amount of pain you deal with on a day to day basis decreases. With

just a few minutes a day you can experience the benefits of yoga

meditation relaxation in your life.

Rancho Rustica is absolutely stunning. Two fully equipped villa's positioned on acres of lush land. If you are joining us as part of a large group please do contact me regarding villa availability and group discounts. Your weekend will give you the chance to really relax as well as capture the authentic culture surrounding the amazing villa. A breathtaking guided mountain walk and Bodegas to taste local wine. Both be inclusive in your weekend package.

A healthy buffet of local breads cheeses, musili, tortillas, fruits yoghurts and cakes as well as a nutritious balanced lunch of locally sourced protein rich salads, healthy, wholesome pasta, couscous and rice dishes. All served with local bread, olives and local meats such as a Serrano ham and chorizoand. Scrumptious vegetarian options will be available.
