Programme Support Appointments – Cochrane Hyb

Dear students,

Please book a slot to attend the Hyb in the Cochrane Building if you need to:

• require a clinical name badge
• collect/return an A&E card
• collect/swap your uniform

Students will be seen in the Hyb only with an appointment booked. Please do not attend the Hybif you do not have an appointment.

PLEASE NOTE: Appointments for Monday need to be made by 2pm the Friday before, for Tuesday before 2pm on Monday, etc .

Please ensure you indicate the reason for needing to attend the office. If the reason you need to attend is not on the list, please email hcareprogrammesupport@cardiff.ac.uk for further advice.
