During the session, you will meet project management professionals from Mott MacDonald and WSP managing the Technical Delivery Partner contract for East West Rail. The session will:

• Help you with setting clear objectives and goals
• Introduce project management tools
• Introduce risk management principles and considerations.

The session will be structured in a two-way conversation format, allowing you to share your experiences with managing operations and projects, and ask any specific questions. You will also have the opportunity to request a longer term mentoring relationship with session leads if you will like more structured support.
