• Are able to run 5k comfortably

Timings:

18:00 - Arrive at Roythornes to register and network.

18:30 - Run starts (approx. 45 min at an easy conversational pace)

19:15 - Run finishes back at Roythornes for refreshments and further networking.

21:00 - Approximate end time.
