We are delighted to welcome Ray McLennan as our guest speaker. Ray brings a rare combination of practical experience legal knowledge and entrepreneurial insight. He is the co host of the How to Raise Money podcast which he has run for the past six years and is currently focused on matching property developers with the right sources of investment funds.
During his talk Ray will be covering Raising Private Finance and why you must avoid the banks. He will explain how private finance can offer greater flexibility speed and opportunity for property investors while highlighting the limitations and risks that often come with traditional bank lending. Attendees will gain a clearer understanding of how to structure and present deals that attract private investors and build long term funding relationships.
Ray has a deep understanding of how to present a property deal effectively whether on paper or pitching to one person or a room full of investors.
