One of his homes received a prestigious Regional Award from the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), and his team also won the Innovation in Care Award at the National Children’s Homes Awards for the design of their first home.

Punil and his organisation have collaborated with 18 local authorities and more than 30 partner organisations nationwide, all working together to improve outcomes for children in care across the UK.
