In this interactive forum we have three great speakers lined up covering a number of important issues within the PropTech space.

Our speakers include:

Jessica Williamson, PropTech Strategist, MHCLG – will give her insight into her PropTech work and thinking from Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government

Lee Reevell, Lead Innovator, Halton Housing Trust – will give an insight in to the work Halton Housing have done around Building Information Modelling (BIM) specifically in their award winning solution to improve the strategic management of assets and compliance. Following this successful deployment where are they looking to use the technology next?

Dirk Huibers CEO/ Cofounder, Octo– What if we said there was technology available now that could undertake building stock measurements and surveys, thousands of them, in minutes not months? Then you will be fascinated by what Dutch startup Octo will share with us around their innovative AI platform Spotr. So how effective is this as a business tool and what do members think about using it?

If members interest is there we will be looking to run a DINLab with Octo in 2021.
