Prototyping Your Ideas
Build, test, create and launch your product ideas with AI and emerging tech tools
Keeping up with content can feel relentless. Posts, emails, updates, LinkedIn… it’s easy for it to become another job on the never-ending list. This 90-minute Lab is designed to show how AI can support content creation in a way that feels realistic, human, and aligned with your business.
What this Lab covers
In this hands-on session, we will explore:
- How AI can support content creation without replacing your voice
- Turning one idea into multiple pieces of content
- Creating content that’s useful, relevant, and aligned to your goals
- Simple workflows to save time and reduce decision fatigue
- How being AI optimised is just as important as SEO now
What you’ll do
You’ll work on your own business during the session.
By the end of the Lab, you’ll have created at least one piece of content and a simple way to reuse it again and again.
Who this is for
This Lab is ideal if you:
- Struggle to stay consistent with content
- Feel pressure to “show up” online but lack time
- Want practical support rather than marketing theory
No prior AI experience is needed.
Who is facilitating the session?
Julie Creffield is the Innovation Director at Broxbourne Enterprise Centres, where she supports over 70 businesses across a wide range of sectors to explore new ways of working, growing, and innovating. With over 30 years’ experience in change, transformation, and business support, she brings a practical, human-first approach to emerging technology.
Julie is an AI enthusiast with a strong focus on real-world application. Rather than hype or theory, she helps founders and teams understand how AI can support everyday tasks, improve productivity, and unlock new opportunities without requiring technical expertise. Her work centres on making innovation accessible, inclusive, and useful.
Known for her hands-on style, Julie designs workshops and Labs that encourage experimentation, curiosity, and confidence. She believes the real power of AI lies not in the tools themselves, but in how people use them to solve meaningful problems and create better ways of working.
