Join PSS for a session that will bring together supported people, carers andprofessionals to reflect on what is working, what isn't and what we can shape and reinvent for the future of the Shared Lives Lincolnshire service.

What the session will cover:

  • Introduction to PSS Shared Lives
  • Setting shared expectations
  • Explore through identifying key themes: What is working and what isn't working so well in Shared Lives
  • Group shared experiences into themes
  • Understand root causes using tools such as 5 Whys and journey mapping
  • Define what success should look and feel like
  • Prioritise the most important areas for change
  • Create a practical, collaborative action plan

Who should attend?

  • Shared Lives carers
  • People supported involved in Shared Lives
  • Front line professionals and referrers

Your insight, whether as a carer, a person supported, or someone who works alongside the service, you can directly influence priorities and improvements.
