- Introduction to PSS Shared Lives
- Setting shared expectations
- Explore through identifying key themes: What is working and what isn't working so well in Shared Lives
- Group shared experiences into themes
- Understand root causes using tools such as 5 Whys and journey mapping
- Define what success should look and feel like
- Prioritise the most important areas for change
- Create a practical, collaborative action plan

- People supported involved in Shared Lives
- Front line professionals and referrers
