Psychercise Movement Goal Setting Workshop
Overview
Psychercise Goal Setting Workshop
Emotionally Safe, Sustainable Movement Goals
This workshop is for people who want to move their body more but feel stuck, overwhelmed, inconsistent, or pressured by traditional goal setting.
If exercise goals have ever led to guilt, burnout, all-or-nothing thinking, or giving up altogether, this workshop offers a different approach.
Rather than focusing on discipline, motivation, or body change, we’ll explore how to set goals that support emotional safety, wellbeing, and long-term consistency especially if you’ve had a complicated relationship with movement in the past.
In this gentle, shame-free session, you’ll learn how to:
- Set movement goals that feel supportive, not stressful
- Understand why missed days are part of the process (not failure)
- Create flexible plans that work on low-energy or hard days
- Shift from outcome-based goals to psychologically safe behaviours
- Build consistency without pushing, forcing, or self-criticism
This is not a high-pressure fitness workshop.
There is no weigh-in, no comparison, no forced participation, and no expectation to love exercise.
You’ll leave with:
- A clear, emotionally safe goal for the week ahead
- A personalised “hard day” plan
- Tools you can reuse anytime motivation drops
- A calmer, more compassionate framework for movement
This workshop is suitable for:
- People who struggle with consistency
- Those returning to movement after burnout, injury, or mental health challenges
- Anyone who wants a kinder, more sustainable relationship with exercise
You are welcome exactly as you are.
Starting softly is encouraged.
