My Background
My background is in psychology and exercise – a combination I believe is key to lasting change. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Counselling, a Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology, and I'm also a qualified gym instructor and coach. This means I understand the science behind behaviour change and how to create effective exercise programs.
Years of Experience, Real-World Understanding
For over a decade, I've worked in mental and physical healthcare, supporting diverse individuals on their unique journeys. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the challenges people face when trying to build healthy habits, especially when mental health, confidence, motivation, or exercise anxiety get in the way.
