Too many of us hide our light.  In the words of Marianne Williamson," We ask ourselves who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?  Who are you not to be?  You're playing small does not serve the world.  There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.  We are all meant to shine as children do.  And as we let our own light shine, we unconciously give other people permission to do the same".Communicate with Confidence is a Bristol based consultancy training people in public speaking and presentation skills.  Public speaking is a very common fear for many people, but it really doesn't need to be.  With the right coaching and support in a safe environment you can not only overcome this fear and boost your confidence but speak with impact and gravitas to really get your message across and let your light shine.

<h1>Speaking in front of others is such a common fear, but it doesn't need to be this way. </h1><h2> In a fun relaxed environmnent I'll show you some simple yet powerful strategies to get over those nerves, boost your confidence and really get your message across.  These can be used when speaking in person or online.  </h2><h3>Together we'll explore ~</h3><h3>developing a success mindset (and how to manage that inner critic!)</h3><h3>techniques to relax and ground the body</h3><h3>building your presence to connect with your audience</h3><h3>all the variables of the voice so you can really engage the audience</h3><h3>This workshop is about getting up and having a go, learning new skills and having fun in the process! Many people feel nervous and this is of course understandable.  As soon as you walk through the door I'll make you feel very welcome.  Also at the beginning of the workshop we'll do some relaxation exercises.</h3><h3>2.  Is there enough space at the venue for social distancing?  Yes.  HOURS Studio has plenty of space for social distancing.</h3><h3>3. Can I apply the skills I learn to speaking in front of an audience online.  Yes absolutely.  We'll be discussing this in the workshop.</h3><h3>4. What do I need to bring with me?  The main thing to bring is your wonderful self, an open mind and an attitude of curiosity.  Most of the learning will be experiential, however you're welcome to bring a notepad and pen to jot a few things down.  A digital handout will be sent to everyone after the workshop.</h3><h3>4.  Is the venue easy to reach.  Yes HOURS Studio is in central Bristol, just off Colston Street, which is a short walk from the centre.  Trenchard Street carpark is five minutes away.</h3><h3>5.
