  • Proper scapular engagement & lat activation
  • Building pulling strength with accessory work
  • Scaling options and progressions
  • Programming tips to improve strict capacity

🔹 Kipping Pull-Ups

  • Understanding the kip swing (hollow & arch positions)
  • Timing and hip drive
  • Efficiency and energy conservation
  • Common mistakes and how to fix them

🔹 Butterfly Pull-Ups

  • When you're ready to learn butterfly
  • Technique breakdown and rhythm development
  • Drills to improve turnover and consistency
  • Efficiency under fatigue

This will be a hands-on session with live coaching, drills, and practical progressions you can immediately apply to your own training.
