Evening begins from 7pm at Retro Bar on the Strand. The tour doesn't start until later (8.30ish), but you will need to get to the bar in plenty of time to pick up your bus pass - this also grants you access to the clubnight afterwards.

To mark the 19th anniversary of the Spice Girls, Push The Button celebrates everything GIRL POWER, and not only will there be an amazing night at the RVT, but also... HOLD ON TO YOUR KNICKERS GIRLS! WE’RE DRIVING YOU TO PUSH THE BUTTON!

THIS MONTH our special No. 19 Bus will pick you up from a central London location as we recreate the ICONIC closings scenes from SPICE WORLD: THE MOVIE. The Routemaster will take in locations from the film, as we conduct sing-a-longs all whilst keeping an eye out for that bomb before we attempt to recreate the most defining moment of the 1990s – JUMPING OVER TOWER BRIDGE ON THE SPICE BUS.

En route we’ll be pumping out the first two Spice Girls albums IN THEIR ENTIRETY in a mad scramble to get you to the Royal Albert Hall (or the Royal Vauxhall Tavern) for the GIG OF YOUR LIFE.

• Few things to note:

  • We ENCOURAGE FANCY DRESS.
  • We're altering the route slightly from 2014 and adding an toilet break!
  • SPICE BUS: Please note this ISN'T the actual Spice Bus from the film, and has nothing to do with the actual Spice Girls. If you've been to Push The Button before you'll realise it's a bunch of gays suspending their disbelief.. 
  • BOOZE: GLASS IS NOT PERMITTED on the Spice Bus but MeatLoaf WILL allow you to bring aboard cans of alcohol... and PLEASE, REMEMBER TO GO TO THE LOO BEFORE YOU GET ON!
    
  • SAFETY: We don’t want anyone getting injured and missing out on the rest of the night (plus there’s some tricky transport rules), so NO STANDING / DANCING WHILST THE BUS IS MOVING. You can dance in your seats, and we’re going to have some stops where we wind up the music, but when the bus is moving, keep safe and stay in your seats. Anyone ignoring warnings or requests from the team may be ejected! 
  • PICK-UP: Pick-up location will be announced on the night, but it will be close to Retro Bar - make sure you get to the Retro Bar between 7 and 8pm to register. The Spice Bus will leave at 8.50pm prompt, but you will need to register at a venue before hand. Any Geri-come-latelys will forfeit their journey. Journey takes approx 90mins.
  • CLUB: Club night starts at 9pm, as per usual. There are only a very limited number of tickets for the Spicebus, but plenty more for the club night.
  
   

For those of you that aren’t lucky enough to get tickets do not fear! Push The Button will open at 9pm as usual, ready for a full SPICEY THEMED EVENING.
