These 2-hour sessions with Disclosure Scotland have been designed to generate discussion about the consultation on the disclosure regime in Scotland, including the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme, to consider how the proposed changes will impact on your organisation and to answer any questions you may have on the proposals before submitting your consultation response.

Having your say will help to form the future of the PVG Scheme and other disclosure products.

Please register for one session only.

Morning sessions will run from 10am-12pm and afternoon sessions from 1pm-3pm. Remaining sessions are as follows:

3 July - morning/afternoon – Atlantic Quay, Glasgow
11 July - morning/afternoon – Victoria Quay, Edinburgh

There are 79 visitor car parking spaces at Victoria Quay allocated on a first come basis. We are not able to reserve spaces.

Glasgow: Scottish Government, 5 Atlantic Quay, 150 Broomielaw, G2 8LU

There is no visitor parking at Atlantic Quay, however, it is located in Glasgow city centre and there are excellent pedestrian and public transport links to the building. There is limited on-street metered parking at Atlantic Quay, with additional paid car parks nearby on York Street, Waterloo Street and Cadogan Square.
