How many tickets are available for each ticket type?

Tier 1: 20 tickets available Tier 2: 10 tickets available Tier 3: 10 tickets available. The room limit is 40 people.

We offer a hardship fund donation to help reduce ticket costs for those facing financial challenges. If you're interested in a discounted ticket, please contact us directly for more details.

What is the refund and transfer policy?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are at the discretion of the organiser, with a fee of £25 until 1 September, 2025. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else at no charge on request until 9 September. Thereafter we regret no changes are possible.

Is the event accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the de la Warr Pavilion is fully accessible with ramps and elevators available for attendees with mobility challenges.

Question 5

Is there parking available at the venue?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is ample parking at the De La `Warr Pavilion itself, or you can use on-street parking in the event of an overflow.

Question 6

Will food and drinks be provided?

Accepted Answer

Yes, light refreshments will be available at breaks, and lunch will be provided each day. There is also a conference dinner on the Wednesday evening. Please let us know during registration if you have any dietary restrictions or special requirements.

When can I register for tickets?

Accepted Answer

Ticket sales opened on Monday, 7 July 2025, and will close on 31 August 2025 or when tickets sell out. If tickets sell out, a waiting list will be available for cancellations.
