NITE's new PGCE with QTS: SEND will offer a postgraduate training route that will provide a specialist PGCE course that will enable unqualified staff to gain QTS while continuing in employment. The course will prepare trainees to teach whilst enabling them to specialise in SEND.
This course will be available to schools both in England and internationally and can be undertaken while on unsalaried placement or in employment. In England only, it will also be available as a Postgraduate Teacher Apprenticeship.
