This workshop is a very popular one and gets booked quickly so click the button below to book your place.

This is your invitation to press pause.

To shift from doing to being — without needing a reason.

To reconnect with yourself through gentle movement and the grounding peace of Nature.

To feel your feet on the earth, your breath in rhythm, your mind beginning to settle.

Whether you're feeling the weight of the week, craving space to clear your head, or simply curious about slowing down — this workshop offers a moment of stillness you don’t have to earn.

Why these practices work together

Qigong

A fluid, accessible movement practice from ancient China that combines gentle movement, breath, and awareness. Think of it as meditation in motion — deeply relaxing, grounding, and nourishing for your nervous system.

You don’t need experience, flexibility, or a special outfit. Just a body and a willingness to move gently.

Forest Bathing

Also known as Shinrin Yoku, this is the art of slowing down and connecting with Nature through your senses. There’s no hiking, no agenda. Just presence.

We guide you to notice, pause, and immerse yourself in the living landscape — finding calm and clarity in the quiet beauty of the woods.

Together, Qigong and Forest Bathing form a powerful bridge:

From stress to stillness.

From disconnection to presence.

From “what’s next?” to “I’m here.”

What the morning looks like

We’ll gather in a peaceful private woodland just outside the main grounds of Hever Castle. From there:

10:30am

A short, mindful walk to the woodland base

10:45am

Opening circle & gentle Qigong session (~40 mins)

→ Standing movement to invite flow and breath into the body

11:30pm

Guided Forest Bathing walk (~90 mins)

→ With invitations to tune in, slow down, and reconnect with the more-than-human world

1:00pm

Closing circle with herbal teas, light snacks, and time for reflection
