What do I need to bring?

Water bottle is a good shout. Maybe some extra clothing layers in case you get cold. Extra cushion or pillow to suit your needs, you want to be as comfortable as possible. Eye mask, if that's something you use.

Question 2

Do I need meditation experience or energy work experience to benefit from this?

Accepted Answer

No. Come as you are. You will be guided through everything. Meditation experience will help you go deeper but it’s not a prerequisite.

What if i turn up late? Can I still join?

Unfortunately not. We start the experience together all at the same time.

You mentioned ‘psychedelic’ breath work, does this mean I am going to be tripping out?

Accepted Answer

Possibly, but mostly no. You may feel tingling in your body or feel very light or ‘floaty’, you may see some colours and you may notice energy shifting within you and around you. But you won’t be having a full-blown psychedelic experience from the breath work.
