Join a healing circle (sonic meditation followed by group sharing) for LGBTQ+ East and Southeast Asian communities.

A collection of events focusing on exercise and wellbeing.

Join a healing circle organised by On Your Side at the LGBTQ+ Community Centre, where we will be creating a safe space for you to share your experiences. The event will begin with a sonic meditation led by Trà My Hickin (meditation facilitator) and will be followed by group sharing facilitated by Michaele Nagac (professional psychotherapeutic counsellor and psychotherapist).You are welcome to share as much or as little as you like. Most importantly, we hope that you will see from this experience that you are not alone and there are people and resources available to help and support you when times are rough. There are limited spaces available so please reserve a spot if you are coming along.
