Queer Swimmers is a safe, welcoming space for LGBTQIA+ people and allies to enjoy a relaxed monthly swim with music. Come as you are.

Join us for our first event! Calm Swimming, Drag Performance & Music.

Our first event, of fun and inclusivity! This is a chill meet up where everyone in the LGBTQ+ community (and allies!) can enjoy swimming in a safe space environment. Whether you’re a pro swimmer or just here for fun, all skill levels are welcome. 16+ is with Companion & 18+ without.

£10 per person

Disability friendly access to Venue & Swimming Pool. Disability friendly changing rooms with a separate shower and changing rooms. The swimming pool has a hoist and steps that descend into the pool. Get in touch with myself (mae.louise92@gmail.com) or the Swimming Pool for more enquiries -

We will have music from DJ Mae Mae, Live Drag Performance & more, so grab your swimsuit and let’s have fun in a safe and welcoming space!

This event will be filmed for performers socials and Herne Bay Pride socials, if you would like to not be filmed please let us know in advance and we will make sure you are not in the filming/photography.
