Just a stone’s throw away from Edinburgh’s spectacular New Year fireworks, step inside for an unforgettable night spinning the very best of Rabble’s dishes, standout drinks and feel-good energy - complete with sparklers, boogying to live sax throughout the night and when the bells chime, the best-dressed guest will walk away with a complimentary overnight stay at Rabble. Your evening unfolds with a signature cocktail on arrival, followed by a chef-curated greatest-hits three course grazing menu showcasing the bold-flavoured dishes that define Rabble.

At its heart sits our legendary Butcher’s Board: a chargrilled, low n slow showstopper piled high with ribeye, slow cooked brisket, hot wings, 8 hour baby back ribs and all the trimmings.
