Thursday, Feb 19, 2026 from 10 am to 2:30 pm GMT
Overview

Join us for a deep dive into real-world equity practices event - it's time to make a change!

This interactive workshop explores the historic context of migrant and racialised communities in the UK and equips you with practical tools to create emotionally safe and inclusive youth spaces. Grounded in trauma-informed practice and cultural equity, this training is a valuable opportunity to reflect, grow, and strengthen your practice.

Meet The Trainer

Zey is the founder and CEO of Displaced, created in response to her and her family's experiences of racism and displacement. As a daughter of Cypriot, German, and Kurdish parents who fled conflict and persecution, she faced identity struggles growing up in the UK. Before founding Displaced, she led an employment support network and housing services for the Kurdish community and managed projects supporting unpaid Kurdish carers.

IMPORTANT TICKET INFORMATION

Training is FREE for the Young Ealing Foundation members, £20 deposit will be refunded on successful completion of the training.

Price for non-members £20.

Please be informed that YEF members will be prioritised.
