Join us for free, friendly summer activities to meet others, try something new and boost your wellbeing.

Racket &amp; ConnectCome along for a relaxed and sociable session where you can enjoy both badminton and table tennis in a friendly, informal setting. This is a great opportunity to get active, try something new, and connect with others in your community. Whether you’re a beginner or just fancy a casual game, everyone is welcome.Exclusively for Rushcliffe 18 + residents registered with a Rushcliffe GP.Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.There is a small donation-based contribution to secure your place, which helps cover the cost of running the session on a per-person basis. No profit is made from these sessions, and the contribution helps keep them running and accessible through social prescribing at a reduced rate.We want our sessions to be accessible to everyone.
