Racket & Connect

Racket & Connect

Overview

Part of the Social Prescribing Hub, our friendship sessions run across Rushcliffe and surrounding areas to support wellbeing and connections

Racket & Connect

Come along for a relaxed and sociable session where you can enjoy both badminton and table tennis in a friendly, informal setting.

This is a great opportunity to get active, try something new, and connect with others in your community.

Whether you’re a beginner or just fancy a casual game, everyone is welcome.

Exclusively for Rushcliffe 18 + residents registered with a Rushcliffe GP.

Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.

There is a small donation-based contribution to secure your place, which helps cover the cost of running the session on a per-person basis. No profit is made from these sessions, and the contribution helps keep them running and accessible through social prescribing at a reduced rate.

We want our sessions to be accessible to everyone. If cost is a barrier, please get in touch - we’re happy to support you to attend.

All bookings are non-refundable.

We’ve got a variety of friendship activities taking place over the summer months. You can explore all available activities here, and don’t miss our social prescribing paddleboarding session, available here.
