A sacred space to reflect, reconnect & grow. Guided journaling, faith-based discussions & practical tools for thriving in Ramadan.

Facilitated by Hannah McMullan and Benish Mirza

As we journey through the blessed month of Ramadan, join our sisters space for an evening of meaningful reflection and practical growth. This 2-hour workshop creates a nurturing space to look back on your first 10 days of Ramadan, honor where you are, and set intentions for elevating your future self.

What to Expect:

  • Guided journaling and interactive group activities
  • Faith-based discussions on balancing Ramadan and work commitments
  • Practical strategies for productivity, habit stacking, and time management during the blessed month
  • Holistic reflection exercises designed to help you learn through introspection
  • A comfortable, welcoming environment to experiment and be present in the moment

Schedule: Friday, February 27th 🌙 Arrive for simple iftar (provided) 🤲 Maghrib prayer (prayer space available) 💫 Workshop begins after prayer and runs for 2 hours

About our facilitators:

Hannah McMullan is a team coach and leadership development expert with 20+ years' experience in corporate environments. She specialises in creating spaces where people can build trust, develop confidence, and grow both individually and collectively. She holds a Professional Certificate in Team & Systemic Coaching from Henley Business School and is accredited in Emotional Intelligence Profiling, bringing both depth and rigour to her facilitation.

Hannah began her career as an accountant at Deloitte before moving into Internal Audit at Barclays, giving her a grounded, practical understanding of the professional world and the real challenges women face when navigating and progressing within it.

A convert to Islam of 4 years, this is Hannah's 7th Ramadan. Her work is deeply rooted in her faith, with humanity, connection, and inclusion at the heart of everything she does.


Benish Mirza is the Founder of The Coaching Chapters and is an Executive, Leadership and Career Coach, Learning Consultant, and facilitator with over 16 years of experience, predominantly across Financial Services. Originally from the UK, now based in the UAE she supports individuals take ownership of their personal and professional decisions through creating reflective individual, group and community coaching events and spaces for deeper thinking. She sits on the ICF UAE Board as the Head of Communications and DEIB Lead, where she champions inclusive and meaningful dialogue. Benish leads several book clubs and holistic events online and in person creating a values led space to reflect, reset, and reconnect. Her Muslim Sisters Circle book club is rooted in faith, intentionality, and accountability.
