Our unique Whole Person approach to learning is at the heart of all our work.We take a humanistic approach to our work, in that relationship matters as does getting a good understanding of our relationship with change and working with the unknown.  We find these two things combined make for longer lasting development.We run longer term programmes and shorter two day programmes as well as workshops to support better ways of working and wellbeing in the workplace.

What matters to women?F﻿ree interactive in-person workshopAttracting and retaining good staff is one of the core challenges of our times.Supporting the health of your workforce brings many benefits to both employer and employee. Alongside the well-recognised benefits – including improved productivity and reduced sickness absence – evidence is now clear that staff value employers who care for their health. So what are the key health factors and how can you encourage staff to engage with them? What helps and what hinders staff engagement and motivation?This in-person interactive workshop uncovers:<ul><li>Key areas of men’s health to focus on</li><li>Key aspects of women’s health</li><li>Where men’s and women’s health matters align and where they differ</li></ul>Together we will explore how to engage staff in addressing and working with health issues. With experience of running longer-term programmes such as the SuperWellness Challenge across multiple teams and organisational cultures, Lucille understands how to motivate and engage employees to achieve lasting lifestyle changes. Having worked closely with a large range of organisations, such as AmcoGiffen, Vitality, Amey and many more, Lucille appreciates challenges from all types of environments, and brings genuine compassion, support, and thoughtfulness to her work.
